My Hero AmericaXReader

       Alfred walked through New York City, taking in all the various sights, sounds, smells, and most importantly the tastes again.  It had been awhile since he had last visited this place, or any of his cities since all the hustle and bustle of being a country was almost too overwhelming for him to leave the capital.  But at the moment work had started to slow down a bit so he could afford to miss some meeting that the President had planned out for the weekend, and oh man was he thankful for that.  As he searched for his favorite restaurant, Mickey D's, he heard a lady scream come from a nearby alley.
He immediantly went to investigate the scene and as he peered into the alley he saw a man trying to mug a young woman; you.  Alfred knew what he had to do and without another thought he quickly changed into his Super Hero attire and rushed to the young lady's rescue.
"Stop right there!" He yelled causing himself to be the center of attention, but he also caught the mugger off guard and tackled him to the ground; knocking his knife out of his hand and knocking him out as his head hit the cement.  "Are you okay, Miss?" He asked you as he tied up the thief to a metal ladder.  You were both amazed and stunned by his dashing good looks and that he had just saved you.

"N-Never better, thank you for-"

"Hahaha not at all! That's what hero's are for right?"

"Yes but I didn't think that there really was such a thing as a Super Hero."  

"Well as you can see I'm obviously real!"

You smiled at him and asked if there was any way that you could repay him. "There is one thing, you could tell me your name before I have to leave."

"It's ____. Might I ask for your name?"

       He laughed and said, "Surely you know I can't tell you my real name, but you can just call me your Hero if you'd like."  You nodded and stepped closer to him, "Do you think I could treat you to some lunch? Afterall you did save my life."  Alfred's tummy growled in response. "That's very kind of you but I can't just go around in my Super Hero get up, or allow you to see my secret identity; it'd be a danger for us both."  You sighed and thought about this, "Well I guess there's no other choice but to invite you over to my place then for some dinner, how does 5:00 sound?"  "Sounds wonderful, but where do you live?" After giving him your address you went your separate ways, he flew off and you casually strolled to your apartment; picking up some cheeseburgers on your way home.

"Where could he be you thought as you paced about your apartment."

"Hey there lil' miss~"

You quickly spunned around on your heels and smiled brightly as you heard his happy-go-lucky voice.  

"I'm so glad you could make it after all, come in I have dinner ready; I hope you like burgers!"

Alfred's heart nearly jumped for delight as he smelled those greasy babies from in the kitchen.  "Oh yeah I love em! They're my bread n butter y'know?" _____ smiled as she sat down with her Hero beside her.

Dinner was soon finished since Alfred had quite the appetite and there wasn't much food to begin with so that left plenty of time to talk and watch T.V.  

"So whatcha wanna do ____? This is kinda my first "date" in forever so I'm a little rusty.

"You giggled, "Wow you don't get out much do you?"  

Alfred blushed and laughed nervously trying to play it off, "Well there's not much time to socialize with the ladies when you have a job as demanding as mine."

"Oh right but I thought you'd have yourself a secret love you know like Batman and Superman did."

"Meh naw not me there's not been many that I'ved saved or that have caught my eye; except for you _____."

       You stared at him with a light blushed and wide ____ eyes.  Seeing your expression made him nervous and thought that he had said something wrong. "S-Sorry if that sounded cheesey but I'm 100% serious.  I-I can leave if you'd like."  He said as he began to hover out of his seat.

you quickly grabbed his wrist before he could fly back out of your window, "N-No please don't go, I was just surprised that you thought that much of me."

       This time he was the one wide-eyed, "Why? You're such a cute chic how could I not like ya?"  Your blush grew to a deeper shade of red, and you burried your face into his arm.  Alfred suddenly stopped hovering and took you into his strong arms and embraced you in a loving hug.  Then after you looked up into his vibrant blue eyes you stood on your tippey toes and crashed your lips onto his.

After you broke it you smiled weakly and said, "Thank you for everything, my Hero."
